Trang này hướng dẫn xóa tài khoản TIMO Practice và toàn bộ dữ liệu liên quan,

⚠️ Xóa tài khoản là xóa hẳn, không lấy lại được. Toàn bộ lịch sử làm bài,
điểm năng lực, chuỗi ngày và huy hiệu của tất cả hồ sơ trong tài khoản sẽ
mất vĩnh viễn. Nếu bạn chỉ muốn bỏ một hồ sơ, xem mục 3.
1. Cách nhanh nhất — xóa ngay trong ứng dụng
- Mở ứng dụng TIMO Practice và đăng nhập.
- Mở tab Cá nhân.
- Chọn Tài khoản & bảo mật.
- Kéo xuống mục Vùng nguy hiểm, chọn Xóa tài khoản.
- Đọc kỹ hộp xác nhận, rồi bấm Xóa vĩnh viễn.
Tài khoản và dữ liệu bị xóa khỏi hệ thống đang chạy ngay lập tức.
2. Đã gỡ ứng dụng rồi thì làm sao
Gửi email tới
support.annielearning@gmail.com với
tiêu đề “Xóa tài khoản”, từ chính địa chỉ email bạn dùng để đăng
nhập.
⚠️ Chúng tôi chỉ xử lý yêu cầu gửi từ đúng email của tài khoản — nếu không, bất kỳ ai cũng
xóa được tài khoản của người khác. Chúng tôi xác nhận trong vòng
7 ngày làm việc và xóa trong vòng 30 ngày.
3. Chỉ muốn bỏ một hồ sơ, không xóa cả tài khoản
- Hồ sơ do bạn tạo cho con: mở chế độ phụ huynh, chọn con, vào
Cài đặt của con ⇒ Gỡ liên kết.
- Con đã tự có tài khoản riêng: gỡ liên kết chỉ ngắt quyền theo dõi của
bạn. Hồ sơ và dữ liệu học của con vẫn còn, và con vẫn đăng nhập bình
thường — muốn xóa hẳn thì con tự xóa từ tài khoản của mình.
4. Xóa những gì

5. Giữ lại những gì, và bao lâu
- Bản sao lưu định kỳ — 14 ngày. Dữ liệu đã xóa còn nằm trong các bản sao
lưu cho tới khi chúng tự hủy. Không ai truy cập chúng trong vận hành thường ngày.
- Nhật ký bảo mật — tối đa 12 tháng. Chỉ gồm dấu vết thao tác nhạy cảm
(ví dụ: số lần nhập sai mã liên kết), ⛔ không kèm nội dung học tập.
- ⛔ Chúng tôi không giữ lại bản sao dữ liệu học tập nào cho mục đích khác.
6. Một hồ sơ có hai phụ huynh thì sao
Nếu một hồ sơ đang được nhiều tài khoản phụ huynh theo dõi, việc bạn xóa tài
khoản không xóa hồ sơ đó — nó vẫn thuộc về (những) phụ huynh còn lại. Hồ sơ
chỉ bị xóa khi không còn ai quản lý nó nữa.

Delete your account & data

⚠️ Deleting an account is permanent. All answer history, ability scores,
streaks and badges for every profile in the account are lost for good. To
remove just one profile, see section 3.
1. Fastest way — delete inside the app
- Open TIMO Practice and sign in.
- Go to the Profile tab.
- Choose Account & security.
- Scroll to Danger zone and choose Delete account.
- Read the confirmation carefully, then tap Delete permanently.
The account and its data are removed from the live system immediately.
2. If you already uninstalled the app
Email support.annielearning@gmail.com with
the subject “Delete account”, from the same email address you sign in
with.
⚠️ We only act on requests sent from the account's own address — otherwise anyone could delete
someone else's account. We acknowledge within 7 working days and delete within
30 days.
3. Removing one profile instead
- A profile you created for your child: open parent mode, select the child,
then Child settings ⇒ Unlink.
- A child with their own account: unlinking only ends your access. Their
profile and learning data remain and they can still sign in — to delete it
entirely, they delete their own account.
4. What gets deleted

5. What is kept, and for how long
- Routine backups — 14 days. Deleted data remains in backups until they
expire. They are not accessed in day-to-day operations.
- Security logs — up to 12 months. Only traces of sensitive actions (for
example failed link-code attempts), ⛔ never learning content.
- ⛔ We keep no other copy of learning data for any other purpose.
6. What if a profile has two parents
If a profile is followed by more than one parent account, deleting your
account does not delete that profile — it still belongs to the remaining
parent(s). A profile is deleted only when no one manages it any more.
